1. Material formula optimizationThe base material is 45# medium carbon steel, with the grain boundary strength enhanced by adding 0.2%-0.3% vanadium and the grain structure refined by adding 0.05%-0.1% boron, resulting in a uniform martensitic structure in the bolt after heat treatment. Spectroscopic analysis shows that the material composition deviation is controlled within ±0.02%.

2. Hot-Dip Galvanized Process ParametersGalvanizing tank temperature controlled at 450±5°C, zinc liquid composition configured according to ASTM B6 standard (Al: 0.005%-0.020%, Pb≤0.003%). 3. Finished Product InspectionSurface cracks are inspected by a magnetic particle inspection instrument, internal defects are detected by an ultrasonic flaw detector, and a salt spray test chamber simulates extreme environmental corrosion.

The company's laboratory is equipped with German Zwick/Roell tensile testing machines, American X-Met8000 portable spectrometers, and other equipment, capable of independently completing full-project tests from material analysis to finished product inspection, ensuring the product's pass rate upon shipment is ≥99.97%.

V. Technological Outlook and Industry Compatibility

As the construction industry shifts towards prefabricated structures, Guangxuan Company is developing upgraded products of 8.8-grade hot-dipped galvanized bolts.
